"FLOVITAL 7101" is an effective urease inhibitor designed for the treatment of carbamide in order to increase its duration and protect against unwanted losses.

The surfactant prevents or suppresses the hydrolytic reaction of the conversion of amide nitrogen in urea, into ammonium hydroxide and ammonia.

This process takes place with the help of the urease enzyme. By slowing down the rate of this reaction in soil conditions, it is possible to reduce or avoid nitrogen loss in the form of ammonia.
